It’s important to stay active and check in on your mental and physical health. During this period of distance learning, please complete this 5 minute self reflection each week as part of your PE grade. This assignment is due Friday of each week (3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/27). *Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
