Parents and Students,

As we move to virtual learning at St. John my goal is to inspire you to get up and move! Even though I will not be able to see your faces every day in PE, daily exercise should be part of your routine! Below are links to resources I have created for you. I encourage you to complete the daily fitness challenges everyday! Remember, always try to get 60 minutes of exercise each day! I am praying for each and every member in our community. Get outside, stay active and wash those hands!

Ms. Tsagalakis

I am thrilled to begin my first year teaching P.E. at St. John. I am a recent graduate of Washington State University. Athletics has always been an important part of my life. In high school I played Varsity Soccer and competed on the premier level. I am passionate about working with kids to provide opportunities to grow and develop their skills. I can't wait to engage students in fun games and sports activities - instilling the importance of a staying healthy for a lifetime.
