As we move to virtual learning at St. John my goal is to inspire you to get up and move! Even though I will not be able to see your faces every day in PE, daily exercise should be part of your routine! Below are links to resources I have created for you. I encourage you to complete the daily fitness challenges everyday! Remember, always try to get 60 minutes of exercise each day! I am praying for each and every member in our community and hope to be back at school soon. Get outside, stay active, drink lots of water and wash those hands!
6th, 7th and 8th graders have been working hard during their Fitness Testing this Trimester! Some of the Fitness Tests include the Mile run, Long Jump, Plank hold, 25 Yard Dash, Vertical Jump, One minute Sit up challenge, and One minute push up challenge.
