Welcome to Ms.Tsagalakis’ P.E. Class

Parents and Students,

As we move to virtual learning at St. John my goal is to inspire you to get up and move! Even though I will not be able to see your faces every day in PE, daily exercise should be part of your routine! Check out the movement videos and daily fitness challenges. You can also find fun small group activity ideas under “Activity Ideas” and “Minute to Win it Challenges”. Remember always try to get 60 minutes of exercise each day! I am praying for each and every member in our community and hope to be back at school soon. Get outside, stay active, drink lots of water and wash those hands!
